SubKor NetBot is a network enabled robot which can be controlled over the web using standard interfaces. The NetBot infrastructure supports a many to many control model, that is, either one person controlling many robots or many people controlling one robot, depending on requirements.
- Many to Many control model - which varies depending on requirements
- Standard TCP/IP protocol - control structure utilizes the existing World Wide Web communication protocol
- Modular Design - robot server automatically reconfigures end user interfaces to give access when new modules are added to the robot
Status of Innovation:
SubKor NetBot is at prototype stage. The prototype includes a robot and robot-controlling server. The server supports the many to many control model via Web Browsers, while the robot?s electronics support modular plug-ins.
